Cliff House, Ocean Beach Near San Francisco, California

Women and children stand on Ocean Beach with the second Cliff House behind them in 1898. Built in 1896, the Victorian Cliff House survived the 1906 earthquake but burned in 1907. The current Cliff House was rebuilt in 1909.
